Bomgar and LogMeIn named D&T “Rising Stars”

Deloitte & Touche just announced their “Technology Fast 500” companies for 2007, and SSPA Partners Bomgar and LogMeIn not only made the list, but they were named “Rising Stars,” a special designation for 20 companies with tremendous revenue growth.  The Technology Fast 500 recognizes the 500 fastest-growing technology, media and entertainment, telecommunications and life sciences companies in the United States and Canada.

If you asked people who they would expect to be on the list, I’m sure guesses would focus on “cool” consumer technology, and there are some of those on the list (such as Syntax-Brillian, manufacturer of HDTVs and other digital entertainment). But it is great to see recognition for some of the innovative service and support technology that is helping our members deliver Value-Added Support to customers. Both Bomgar and LogMeIn offer remote support technology that streamlines resolution of computer problems by allowing agents to see and control the customer desktop.

Bomgar, formerly Network Streaming, has had enormous growth, with 505% revenue gains over the past 3 years. LogMeIn has also had tremendous growth, and was included in the D&T Rising Star list for New England earlier this year.

SSPA Research congratulates both Bomgar and LogMeIn, and thanks them for continuing to bring such great visibility to our industry.

    This is also good.
The software works well, Ammyy Admin doesn’t require installation or specific config, works behind gateways NAT as well as within one LAN.
